About the role



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coco Meat Preparation Supervisor to join our team at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. in General Santos City South Cotabato. As the Coco Meat Preparation Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and high-quality preparation of coco meat, a crucial step in our manufacturing process. 

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the coco meat preparation team, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards
• Secures production plan and prepares the necessary resources (manning, utilities & materials) and implement activities (SOP’s, tool box meetings) needed to achieve efficient production run. 
• Through regular (80% of supervisor’s time) rounds, monitors safety compliance is strictly followed in accordance with SMETA standards and company safety policy and submits documented reports whether or not there are incidents or violations (i.e. Required PPEs). Takes immediate and appropriate action if conditions are found unsafe.
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows and procedures to optimize the coco meat preparation process
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for process enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or bottlenecks in the preparation process
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control measures and best practices

What we're looking for

• BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering or any related courses
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment in the coco meat or a similar industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in relevant software and tools used in production planning and quality control
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in the workplace
