職務内容
説明
- Attending to the customers upon entrance
- Ensuring of customer's request and completeness of order
- Have knowledge in each of the Thai Mango by Chef Kim products
- Discount purchases by redeeming coupons'
- Collect payments by accepting cash, cheque, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
- Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude
- Ensuring of issuance of receipt before preparing orders
- Following the company's policy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
- Must be certified in all stations (drinks, roti, cashier, and dispatch)
要件
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
