職務内容

説明

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update precise records of member requests and activities.
  • Address member complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to meet members' needs efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with members, recognizing returning visitors and anticipating their needs.

要件

  • Fresh Graduates in any course/SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.
  • Computer literate and can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
