What You’ll Do
- New Revenue Opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of partner-related projects and collaborate with these partners to generate more engagement and drive revenue
- Lead and/or support the implementation of key activities with partners, which may include, but not limited to the following: orientation, online and offline campaigns, promo development, training and product launches
- Assist in the development, improvement and communication of new business projects, which may include deck creation, research, interviews, experimentation and others key tasks
- Partner Acquisition
- Co-creation and management of inbound initiatives to attract new and relevant partners
- Communicate with potential partners and provide information about Bukas
- Other Key Relationships
- Support in nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech and education sectors
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A Communicator: You are confident in engaging with partners and members of other teams. You’ll be leading a lot of meetings and discussions with partners.
- A Problem Solver: You are able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by the partners. You are hungry to roll-up your sleeves and learn on the field, then propose solutions that we can scale and use to avoid similar issues.
- A Professional: You are a representative of the company for our partner education institutions and you must be able to uphold the values of Bukas and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- A Teamplayer: You can work in a cross-functional team from diverse backgrounds and rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement
- Customer-Obsessed: You put our partners first and are committed to create the best partner experience for them.
Qualifications
- At least 1-year of experience in account management, project management, program management or other similar background
- Ability to speak in Cebuano/ Bisaya is a plus.
