The Business Analyst will act as the key interface between stakeholders and the project team. He/she will be responsible for gathering information, documenting processes, and confirming final documents with users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed analyses of business processes, workflows and systems
• Outline related problems, opportunities and solutions
• Gather and document requirements and report these back to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements and are fit for purpose
• Raise risks and issues with the project team and escalate to the Business Transformation Head where necessary
• Stakeholder management – ensure stakeholders understand and are aligned with changes to systems and/or processes

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis

- With strong experience in Stakeholder Management and ERP implementation

- Has background in Data Management & Analytics and Technical Documentations
