A Building Maintenance Personnel is responsible for ensuring the efficient upkeep and safe operation of buildings and facilities. This role involves routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.

• Familiarity with tools, equipment in building maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Technical or vocational training in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems (preferred)
• Relevant certification (e.g., VAC certification, electrical license);..
• Strong knowledge of building systems (elecrrical, plumiming, HVAC, structural).
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skils.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiantly.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitmment to safety potocols.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping.
