  • Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives in designated area.
  • Support sales targets, manage key accounts, and develop sales strategies under pressure.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; open to recent graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy and management, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and key account management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Sales motivated, adaptable, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
