We are seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support to our teams across the globe.

You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices.


  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Assist remotely with administrative tasks across the group of OneTeam companies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and visitors professionally.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and onboarding new hires.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on timesheets, prepare invoices for approval, assist bookkeepers with preparation of receipts.

要件

  • Four year college graduate (Management, Business Admin., IT).
  • Preferably Quezon City Resident or residing nearby.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
