General Admin


Salary Range: $519 to $692 per month


Join a dynamic and growing nursing home management company that’s streamlining its operations with a centralized scheduling team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and cost-effective staff scheduling across multiple facilities—reducing burnout, controlling agency costs, and maintaining 24/7 coverage. If you're organized, assertive, and enjoy structured phone outreach to keep things running efficiently, this is your chance to support essential healthcare operations behind the scenes.


What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and manage shift schedules for full-time, part-time, PRN (as-needed), and agency staff across multiple facilities, ensuring accurate data across internal systems.
  • Call PRN and part-time employees to fill open shifts—especially before shift start times (early morning, afternoon, and night)—and track their monthly minimum shift requirements.
  • Coordinate agency coverage by adjusting staffing rates, requesting approvals as needed, and ensuring no overstaffing through careful review of submissions and confirmations.
  • Generate overnight reports and summaries for administrative use, and document call outcomes using a structured script.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handoffs across shifts.


Who You'll Work With:

Be a key player in a proactive, remote scheduling team that provides centralized support for multiple nursing homes located in Pennsylvania. You’ll work with fellow coordinators to ensure smooth shift transitions, optimize staff usage, and maintain high-functioning operations across multiple facilities—all from a supportive and collaborative remote environment.

  • Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills to manage real-time scheduling needs while tracking long-term shift requirements.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on accuracy, particularly in maintaining staff schedules and monitoring shift requirements.
  • Phone Communication: Friendly, assertive, and confident when making structured calls and follow-ups to staff in order to fill open shifts.
  • Tech-Savvy: Capable of learning scheduling software, portals, and spreadsheets for data entry and tracking.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Tuesday, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM; Thursday – Saturday, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST
