説明

  • Perform daily accounting transactions such as journal entries, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and summaries
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial data and support
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Accounting or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in data entry, analytical skills, financial statements, auditing, financial accounting, journal entries, cost accounting, and general accounting.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and effective communicator.
