Drake's innovative client, a highly regarded BPO company, is seeking a Web Developer to join their team in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, including modular development and reusability.
• Collaborate with designers to implement website designs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize and manage MariaDB databases, including designing and maintaining schemas, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to both web applications and database performance.
• Rebuild and improve data extraction features to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and implement performance tuning strategies.
• Conduct thorough unit testing using PHPUnit to ensure application reliability and stability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, database management, and security.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Web Developer.
• Proven experience with at least PHP 7 and Laravel 7.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement custom data extraction systems.
• Familiarity with best practices in database optimization and secure coding.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
