Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch.
Oversee accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials using Quickbooks systems.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
Ensure all materials are properly stored according to existing standards of the company.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments involved to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance to ISO standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on inventory status and materials movement.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related course.
At least 5 year's of experience in warehouse supervision.
Preferably with strong knowledge of mechanical and civil materials and their handling/storage requirements.
