The Tax Specialist ensures compliance with tax reportorial requirements and documentation including accurate and timely payments and account reconciliation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Executing accounting data for tax filings
• Ensure timely filing and remittance of BIR Forms 1601C, 0619E, 1601EQ, 1604CF, 1604E, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702RT, 0605, alphalist of payees and VAT relief
• Ensure completeness and timely submission of EWT certificate from payors
• Calculate monthly volume based incentives or monthly sales quota
• Accountable for verification of Repo R and R from the accounting system
• Performs stamping of branch opex and releasing of departmental opex
• Match, verify, and post bills and application prepayments
• Makes summary of employees subject for monthly load allowance
• Prepares monthly Repo sales report
• Assists with audit request such as preparing supporting documentation and schedules
• Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of 4-year course BS Accountancy or any related Business CourseAt least 2 years accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
