Descripción

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, sales, and customer service, with a strong background in order management and invoicing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions, excellent customer interactions, and accurate order tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders accurately using order management systems and POS platforms (e.g., Counterpoint).
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate invoices and track payments using invoicing software.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and account details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools to manage communications and reporting.
  • Assist in managing B2B accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and relationship management (preferred).


Work Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Experience:

  • hardware sales: 1 year (Required)
  • POS software: 1 year (Preferred)

Requisito

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in hardware sales or a related industry.
  • Order Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with order management systems, POS platforms, and invoicing software.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication abilities to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, chat platforms, and digital tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
  • B2B Account Management (Preferred): Experience handling corporate accounts is an advantage.
