  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather accurate project information.
  • Maintain and update cost databases with current market pricing.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Participate in bid meetings and present estimates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accuracy of estimates.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

Requisito

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • Knowledge in Construction Business
