DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of plastics monoblock products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Develop product based on APQP procedure.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop cost estimates for new product designs and ensure profitability by optimizing production processes and material use.
• Monitor project budgets and minimize development costs without compromising quality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or design, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
