Who are we looking for:

• We're looking for a Marketing Supervisor to support the seamless execution of marketing operations and lead the marketing direction across our growing portfolio of brands, including cakes and small SKUs. This is a back-office role that demands strong administrative and organizational skills, with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of company leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives and deliver timely, accurate support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead brand activation programs by overseeing the execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Conduct post-evaluation assessments and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, including the proper allocation and utilization of A&P budgets.
• Serve as a strategic lead for the Brand Marketing team, coordinating with activation agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and quality of execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, R&D, and Production to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine branding strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• College graduate with a degree in any business or marketing-related courses (i.e., BS Marketing or Business Administration Graduate)
• At least with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing (e.g., advertising, activations, special selling, etc.)
• Possesses good analytical and project management skills; has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to our satellite office here in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
