Are you obsessed with numbers, trends, and uncovering what truly drives performance? We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Data Analyst who thrives on turning raw data into sharp insights that fuel strategic decisions and real business growth.

In this role, you’ll dive deep into marketing performance across multiple channels, from paid ads to email campaigns. You’ll build dashboards, craft clear reports, and partner with agencies and internal teams to drive results that matter. What You’ll Do:
  • Analyze performance metrics across all digital channels — including social media, email, SMS, and paid ads

  • Collaborate with agency partners to consolidate and assess marketing results holistically

  • Leverage tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, Facebook Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, Mobile Text Alert, and more to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that pinpoint what’s working, what isn’t, and where to improve

  • Build real-time dashboards for immediate visibility into marketing performance

  • Optimize marketing spend and boost ROI by identifying inefficiencies and hidden opportunities

  • Uncover insights in customer behavior and campaign data to inform smarter marketing strategies

  • Keep up with the latest analytics tools, trends, and marketing attribution technologies

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis or a similar analytical role

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field

  • Advanced skills in tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email/SMS analytics platforms

  • Strong experience in A/B testing, data validation, and performance tracking

  • Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, campaign conversion rates, and customer lifecycle tracking

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — for sharing insights with non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team setting
