Descripción

  • Processes manpower requirements (i.e. hiring, recruitment, etc.)
  • Enrolls new employee to biometrics system on as-in-need basis
  • Responsible for time-keeping:
  • Weekly reporting of payroll inputs
  • Weekly reporting of tardiness and absences
  • Handles preparation of purchase request (PR) of cleaning/office supplies for administrative department
  • Prepare admin forms for different departments. (overtime, travel authority, VL/SL, change schedule, etc.)
  • Encode and check approved schedules from different departments
  • Monitors employee's movements such as regularization and promotion
  • Processes of general services for Social Security System, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and other employee's benefits and privileges
  • Maintains 201 files of employees ensuring the presence of required personal information and documents (i.e. employment record training record , medical record, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Maintains systematic filling of HR and Administrative correspondence/documents
  • Manages safety and ensure strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with the HR assistant assigned in the head office about different concerns that may arise
  • Responsible for making personnel manpower request for each department
  • Process annual uniform request, medicine request and annual medical physical examination
  • Monitoring of vacation leave and sick leave balances
  • Monitor performance evaluation for 1.5 months, 3 months and 4.5 months of probationary employees
  • Monitors employee's movements such as regularization and promotion
  • Prepares memo bases on the absenteeism and tardiness report
  • Conducts administrative hearing
  • Assisting with maintaining grievance and employee records
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if need arises
  • Conduct exit interview
  • Manages safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations
  • Always report and coordinate to the head office and problems and submit needed reports
  • Waybill preparation and transmittals
  • Ensure the newly hired personnel received proper orientation on SOP, company rules
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis
  • Resolves employees complains by investigating problems developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor and by the management


Requisito

Must be a Bachelor Degree Graduate
