Descripción

We are actively looking for a Finance Support Staff to join our team! If you have a passion for finance, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills, we want YOU to be part of our growing company!
Assists with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable function, including processing in invoice, expense reports and payments
Assists in monitoring daily Payment Gateway Performance
Assist in preparing and monitoring Request for Payment (RFP), liquidation/ reimbursement documents and weekly SnapEx reports.
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Provide administrative support to finance as needed.

Requisito

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Related Field.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
