• Establishing goals and objectives for the team, then measuring performance against those goals
• Developing and implementing new products or services that meet customer needs or changing existing offerings to meet changing market conditions
• Conducting market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services
• Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needs
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness
• Communicating information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
• Direct experience from the Endoscopy business
• Understanding business trends
• Dealer management experience
• With at least 5 years of managerial experience
