As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will lead the digital team—including content creators and influencer marketing initiatives—to drive engagement and brand growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital marketing team, overseeing content creators and influencer marketing efforts.
• Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers (KOLs, KOCs, creators) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote Bossjob through short videos or livestreams.
• Draft collaboration briefs and video scripts for campaigns and daily promotions.
• Guide influencers in creating engaging content by providing creative direction and inspiration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support and oversee daily social media operations, with a focus on TikTok and short-form video content.

What we expect from you:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media operations, with at least 2 years in influencer/KOL marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content, including influencer collaborations that drive engagement and performance.
• Experience working with brands, preferably with prior agency experience.
• Existing influencer or agency connections is a plus.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a small creative team.
