We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account (Non-Voice) team. This role primarily handles customer concerns through chat and email related to travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries—no phone calls required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email regarding flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings
• Provide accurate travel information, policies, and fare rules
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Document interactions clearly and update customer records in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications:

• Must be College Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (travel account experience is an advantage)
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
