The Back Office Blended Associate supports business operations by handling both non-voice and occasional voice tasks. This role focuses on data processing, email/chat support, documentation, and limited inbound or outbound calls to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update customer or account information accurately in internal systems
• Handle non-voice tasks such as email support, chat support, data entry, and document review
• Perform back-office functions including order processing, billing verification, and report generation
• Make or receive occasional calls for verification, follow-ups, or issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data privacy rules
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Must be College Graduate
• Good written communication skills; basic verbal skills for limited calls
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
