Descripción
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer accounts and update information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
- Meet performance metrics and targets consistently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requisito
- At least a high school graduate
- Minimum of 1 year BPO-related experience is required
- 6–12 months of proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Quick and willing learner who can master the details of the product and call-taking techniques
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
- Can communicate English well
