• Handle customer concerns by listening carefully, identifying issues, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
• Promote products or services by explaining features and benefits to potential customers during calls.
• Follow call scripts where applicable, ensuring consistency and professionalism during interactions.
• Achieve call targets and performance metrics such as number of calls, conversion rates, or customer satisfaction scores.
• Update customer information accurately in the system or CRM after each interaction.
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when necessary to maintain customer engagement.
• Document call outcomes and detailed notes for future reference.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively promote products or services.
