Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment
Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully-operational and are well-kept
Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure
Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving unit issues
Recommend programs, strategies, and protocols that will improve the functionality and maintenance of the equipment on site
Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times
Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical services of the property management office are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
Successful candidate will be assigned at one of AYALA Properties in Makati

Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related courses
2 years experience including handling MEPFS or construction experience
1 year experience in Property Management.
