Requisito

  • Education is not a requirement; a passion for service is essential.
  • We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • You should be skilled in customer service, basic troubleshooting, effective communication, teamwork, and have a good understanding of games.
  • Your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, providing troubleshooting support, and working closely with team members to improve our service delivery.
  • Expect a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
  • We need someone reliable, adaptable, and has strong interpersonal skills.
