Key responsibilities:

Will liaise between the key Managers and key stakeholders of various BES units related to the following operations:


Day-to-day Operations:

  • Handles cash flow bookkeeping and accounting of SGVF’s Trust Fund and Branch Accounts, maintains and Updates the SGVF Website, handles requests for SGVF’s collection of books, submits required documents to appropriate government institutions, represents SGVF in various events upon instruction of the Executive Director, maintains records and files, assists SGV Partners and Staff on matters regarding the SGVF and handles the maintenance of the Petty Cash Fund


Meetings with Projects Committee/ Board Members:

  • Prepares presentations to the board, handles logistical arrangements for the meeting, drafts Annual Reports with the help of Marketing and prepares minutes


Institutional Grants:

  • Evaluates proposals for sponsorship from external organizations such as NGO’s, schools, etc., disburses donations, coordinates with organizations for proper issuance of O.R. and other relevant documents


Undergraduate Scholarship Program/ Vocational & Technical Education Scholarship/ Information Technology Scholarship:

  • Assists the Executive Director in interviewing/evaluating potential scholars, monitors the performance of scholars, disburses allowances and tuition fees to beneficiaries, coordinates with different schools for potential/existing scholars, handles a database for scholars’ contact details


Entrepreneur of the Year:

  • Generates expense reports of the EOY Program, disburses payments to contractors, talent, for the various events, handles donations made to the EOY Banquet (issuing O.R., Certificates) and provides logistical support to the Marketing Team


Alumni Center/SGV Store:

  • Accepts from the Alumni Center staff the daily sales generated by the store and deposits the cash to the SGVF account and assists in the SGV Store when the Alumni Center staff is unavailable or needs help.
