Job Description:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promos
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for content needs
• Track basic social media metrics and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
