- Risk Identification & Assessment: Analyze systems, reports, and operations to find potential risks (operational, financial, compliance) and assess their impact.
- Policy & Control Development: Design, implement, and monitor risk management policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct control testing to ensure they are effective and document findings for management.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare risk reports, present findings, and communicate with management, regulators, and business units.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, external laws, and regulatory standards.
- Mitigation & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies (diversification, avoidance, loss reduction) to reduce exposure.
- Project Support: Provide support for strategic initiatives, business continuity planning, and ad-hoc risk projects.
- Can speak chinese language
