Description
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Experience with HRIS and People Management
- Strong Employee Relations skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with potential remote work opportunities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for talent management
