Job Description:

As a Mid Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Tito Solutions Phils., Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving business success by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities:

• Generate and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential risks and issues.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Help maintain and improve the QA testing environment and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with programming languages (such as Python) and automation tools (such as Selenium or Robot Framework) is a plus.
