1. Based on operational demands, independently or collaboratively design optimization plans for product features/processes, and produce clear product prototypes, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and flowcharts.

2. Continuously optimize the structure, user process, and interaction experience of existing capital in and out products to enhance user conversion rates, lower operational thresholds, shorten deposit times, and address user pain points.

3. Propose and drive product improvement plans based on data analysis (conversion funnels, user feedback, channel performance, etc.) and competitor research.

2. Channel Coordination and Management (Core Responsibilities):

1. Responsible for business and technical coordination of core capital in and out channels, such as fast coin buying and U cards.

2. Evaluate the feasibility, rates, stability, compliance, and user experience of new channels, and drive decisions for channel integration.

3. Timely address channel issues, optimize collaboration strategies, and ensure channels operate stably and efficiently.

3. Efficient Product Delivery and Project Management:

1. Transform operational requirements and optimization plans into executable technical requirements, clearly communicating them to the technical development team.

2. Efficiently coordinate with the technical development team, following through on the design, development, testing, and launch of products/features to ensure projects are delivered quickly with the expected quality and timeline.

4. Product Lifecycle Management:

1. Responsible for the daily operational support of the capital in and out products, quickly responding to and resolving online issues.

2. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory policies, and competitor movements to provide input for product strategy.
