Administrative Support:
Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Communication Management:
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of executives.
Serve as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.
Project Management:
Assist in coordinating and tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain project files, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Meetings & Events:
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and company events.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
Financial Support:
Manage and track expenses, invoices, and budget reports.
Process reimbursements and assist with financial record-keeping.
Research & Data Analysis:
Conduct market research, gather data, and prepare reports.
Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
Office Management:
Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment.
Problem Solving & Decision Support:
Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and managing challenges.
Handle time-sensitive tasks with urgency and discretion.
Client Relations & Networking:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate networking events, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in office management, project coordination, or executive support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Experience with calendar management tools and video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Organizational Skills:
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to draft and proofread correspondence and presentations.
