Job Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution: Responsible for the planning, execution, and review of online/offline activities related to Web3, including AMAs, community events, online campaigns, and offline meetups, to enhance brand influence and user engagement.

Project Coordination and Collaboration: Act as the external liaison, expand and maintain collaborations with ecosystem project parties, KOLs, and community partners, promote joint activities and resource exchanges, and assist in user growth and ecosystem development.

User and Community Operations: Operate global/regional communities, maintain high levels of activity and interaction, enhance core user retention, and promote UGC and viral dissemination.

Data Tracking and Optimization: Establish a data metrics system for activities and collaborations, regularly produce effect review reports, and continuously optimize operational strategies.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to promote the integration and implementation of operational resources, ensuring maximum effectiveness of activities and collaborations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of operational experience in the blockchain/Web3 industry; experience in event operations or ecosystem collaboration is preferred.

Familiar with the Web3 industry ecosystem and have a certain understanding of mainstream chains, projects, and communities, with the ability to quickly establish collaborative relationships.

Possess strong event planning and project execution skills, with successful examples of online/offline activities.

Excellent cross-departmental communication and resource coordination skills, capable of efficiently executing complex projects.

Fluency in both Chinese and English; experience in overseas project coordination and global community operations is preferred.

Data-driven mindset, capable of guiding operational optimization through data analysis.
