1 Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in user growth or strategic product roles.

2 Experience at a leading exchange is preferred.

3 Familiar with A/B testing, viral growth strategies, and ROI modeling; capable of independently formulating and executing growth strategies.

4 Data-driven; proficient in SQL and Excel, with the ability to rapidly analyze growth metrics.

5 Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; results-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
