Role: Customer Success Support Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

• Monitor and track actual vs. forecast/profile metrics, including footprint, throughput, and stackability.

• Compile data for profitability analysis, including revenue, footprint, throughput, and stackability.

• Prepare and maintain materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including drafting, formatting, and distributing PowerPoint decks and other supporting documents.

• Assist with tracking post-QBR follow-ups to ensure completion.

• Ensure promised actions to customers are completed.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in 3PL or logistics operations (food sector preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including multi-criteria lookups, array formulas, nested functions, PivotTables, etc.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word

• Experience preparing QBRs or working in customer success roles

• Proficient in SQL for complex queries, database design, and data integrity
