Responsibilities

1. Growth and management of client account portfolio, serving as the main point of contact and proactively identifying opportunities to expand business
2. Follow up with onboarded clients to ensure all business and listing information is accurate and fully completed.
3. Develop and implement tailored account strategies to meet and exceed client objectives
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
5. Identify and capitalise on new sales leads and opportunities within your client base.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an account management or relationship management role.
2. Experience in internet, web 3.0, gaming, finance, or related industries is preferred.
3. Sensitive to market development and trends, with local industry merchant resources and resource integration abilities.
4. Strong English communication skills, foreign trade experience is a plus.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes, good at team communication and collaboration.
