The Business System Analyst (BSA) Trainee will support the end-to-end process of translating business needs into technical requirements. This role bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team by documenting business processes, creating user stories, and visualizing workflows. The trainee will also assist in building interactive mockups and supporting system documentation through modern tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements through meetings and user interviews.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Develop flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups in Figma to visualize system processes.
• Utilize Jira for sprint planning, issue tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Maintain and update Confluence pages for project documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for process or system improvement.
• Support testing efforts by validating requirements and reviewing test results.
• Assist in preparing user manuals, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks related to system analysis and documentation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in business analysis, systems design, and process improvement.
• Graduating students are preferred.
