Job Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
1. Responsible for the market expansion of derivatives on centralized exchanges (CEX), developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners;
2. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and formulate and execute business development (BD) strategies to drive business growth;
3. Integrate the company’s products and services to identify and exploit market opportunities;
4. Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives and optimize cooperation models;
5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries to uncover new business opportunities and collaboration models;
6. Key regions: Europe & the Americas (North America/Europe), Middle East, Turkey, Russia/CIS, Chinese-speaking regions (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), South Korea, Latin America (Brazil).
Job Requirements (What you need)
1. Experience with top-tier cryptocurrency exchanges or traditional finance sectors (e.g., futures, commodities, equities trading) and familiarity with financial market operations;
2. Strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency with relevant work experience preferred;
3. Excellent business negotiation and client relationship management skills, and the ability to establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships;
4. Sharp market insight and robust data analysis skills to develop effective business development plans.
