We are an established Australian food manufacturer supplying to takeaways, restaurants, and Asian grocers.

We are building a structured outbound sales operation and require a Quality & Compliance Officer (“GuardDog”) responsible for:

• Data accuracy

• Process compliance

• CRM cleanliness

• Activity monitoring

• Catching errors and inconsistencies

This role reports directly to the CEO and exists to protect operational integrity.

Responsibilities

Data Accuracy & Verification

• Review and clean lead information in Google Sheets or CRM.

• Verify business details (name, phone, address, shop type).

• Remove irrelevant or incorrect entries.

• Tag and classify leads correctly based on guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and accurate database.

Compliance & Activity Monitoring

• Monitor activity logs in the CRM.

• Ensure correct statuses, follow-up dates, and notes are recorded accurately.

• Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or suspicious patterns.

• Ensure follow-ups and call outcomes are documented correctly.

• Produce daily/weekly reports for the CEO.

• Escalate repeated errors or non-compliance immediately.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail (this is the core of the job).

• Experience in QA, compliance, data validation, or operations support preferred.

• Comfortable with Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

• Able to analyse patterns and spot mistakes quickly.

• Strong written English.

• High integrity — zero tolerance for inaccurate reporting.

• Independent, reliable, and comfortable following strict guidelines.

• No interest in office politics or “being friends with the team” — this is a facts-first role.
