- 通过应用编码标准和指南，确保准确及时的计费。
- 与医疗保健专业人员合作，澄清文档并解决任何不一致之处。
- 保持对编码法规和实践的最新了解，包括ICD、CPT和HCPCS编码。
- 参与质量保证评审和审计，以确保符合计费和编码标准。
任职要求
- 教育背景：健康信息管理或相关专业的学士学位
- 经验要求：3–5年
- 技能与能力：持有有效的医疗编码员执照，3年临床经验，熟悉编码标准
- 职责与工作内容：能够准确地对各种医疗记录进行编码
- 素质与特性：注重细节，具备较强分析能力，能独立工作
- 工作条件：办公环境，具有一定的远程办公灵活性
