职位概要：
负责按照编码规则和法规，使用 ICD-10-CM、ICD-10-PCS 或其他指定编码分类系统，为中等至高复杂度的患者病历分配诊断和操作代码。
遵守美国健康信息管理协会（AHIMA）制定的编码道德标准。从病历中提取所需的临床信息。响应审计，进行编码并在项目上提供咨询；在主管/经理不在时，可作为临床文档改进（CDI）团队及其他成员的主要联系人。
任职资格：
- 拥有学士学位，或医学相关专业学历
- 至少2年住院病历编码经验
- 必须具备：AHIMA 或 AAPC 编码资质（CPC、CIC、CCS）
