職位摘要：
住院病歷編碼師 II 負責依據編碼規則與法規，使用 ICD-10-CM、ICD-10-PCS 或其他指定的編碼分類系統，為中至高複雜度的病人病歷分配診斷與程序代碼。
遵守 AHIMA 制定的倫理編碼標準。從病歷中擷取所需的臨床資訊。配合稽核，執行編碼並提供專案諮詢；當主管/經理不在時，可能成為 CDI 及其他團隊成員的主要聯絡人。
資格：
- 具有學士學位或任何醫療相關科系畢業
- 至少具有兩年住院病歷編碼經驗
- 必備：AHIMA 或 AAPC 編碼認證 (CPC、CIC、CCS)
