职位描述
- Tıbbi tanılara ve işlemlere doğru ICD-10, CPT ve HCPCS kodları atamak
- Hasta kayıtlarını inceleyerek tedavileri onaylamak ve eksik bilgileri tespit etmek
- Federal düzenlemelere, ödeme yapan kurum gereksinimlerine ve kodlama yönergelerine uyumu sağlamak
- Dokümantasyonu netleştirmek için hekimler, hemşireler ve diğer sağlık hizmeti sağlayıcılarıyla iş birliği yapmak
- Elektronik sağlık kayıt (EHR) sistemlerinde hasta verilerini korumak ve güncellemek
- Tıbbi bilgi taleplerine yanıt vermek ve denetimleri desteklemek
- Kodlama güncellemeleri, düzenleyici değişiklikler ve sektörün en iyi uygulamaları konusunda güncel kalmak
