- مراجعة وتحليل السجلات الطبية لضمان التشفير الدقيق للتشخيصات والإجراءات.
- تعيين الرموز المناسبة للخدمات الداخلية والخارجية باستخدام أنظمة التشفير الحالية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإرشادات الخاصة بالفوترة والترميز.
- التعاون مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية لتوضيح التشخيصات وخطط العلاج.
- تحديث المعرفة بالتشفير باستمرار لمواكبة معايير الصناعة.
المتطلبات
- المؤهلات التعليمية: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المعلومات الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة
- مستوى الخبرة: 1–3 سنوات خبرة في التشفير الطبي
- المهارات والكفاءات: فهم قوي للمصطلحات الطبية وأنظمة التشفير بما في ذلك تشفير قسم الطوارئ (ED) والطب الطارئ (EM) والعيادات الخارجية (OP) وحالات التنويم الداخلي والخارجي
- الصفات والسمات: دقة عالية مع مهارات تحليلية قوية
- المهارات والكفاءات: شهادة CCS مفضّلة
- المهارات والكفاءات: إجادة استخدام برامج وقواعد بيانات التشفير
