- Meninjau dan menganalisis rekam medis untuk memastikan pengkodean diagnosis dan prosedur yang akurat.
- Menetapkan kode yang sesuai untuk layanan rawat inap dan rawat jalan menggunakan sistem pengkodean terkini.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan pedoman penagihan serta pengkodean.
- Berkolaborasi dengan profesional kesehatan untuk memperjelas diagnosis dan rencana perawatan.
- Terus-menerus memperbarui pengetahuan pengkodean agar sesuai dengan standar industri.
Persyaratan
- Kualifikasi Pendidikan: Gelar Sarjana dalam Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan atau bidang terkait
- Tingkat Pengalaman: 1–3 tahun pengalaman dalam pengkodean medis
- Keahlian dan Kompetensi: Pemahaman mendalam tentang terminologi medis dan sistem pengkodean, termasuk ED, EM, OP, pengkodean rawat inap, dan pengkodean rawat jalan
- Sifat dan Karakteristik: Teliti dengan keterampilan analitis yang kuat
- Keahlian dan Kompetensi: Sertifikasi CCS diutamakan
- Keahlian dan Kompetensi: Kemahiran dalam perangkat lunak dan basis data pengkodean
