- Focus on investigation and determining liable regions (lost, delay, damage)
- Handle escalated logistics disputes related to freight loss, damage, delays, billing discrepancies, service failures, or contract interpretations.
- Serve as a neutral party to evaluate evidence and facilitate fair resolutions between carriers, shippers, and customers.
- Maintain accurate case files and upload documentation into dispute or claims management systems.
- Prepare arbitration reports summarizing findings, evidence analysis, liability assessments, and final resolutions.
- Investigation or paralegal background in logistics is acceptable
