  • We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual to join our growing IT team.
  • This position will provide application support services while facilitating effective communication between Japanese-speaking clients and internal technical teams.
  • The successful candidate will have strong Japanese language skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good understanding of IT systems.
  • JLPT N3 to N1 or equivalent JNAT certification (must be provided).
  • Proficiency in Nihongo reading, writing, and speaking is required.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in application support, technical support, or IT service management roles.
  • Strong MS Windows PC skills and basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3 to 6 months structured training program.
